As the founder and Executive Director of The Warfield Group LLC and Redkey Real Estate Group LLC, Loretta is committed to empowering individuals and communities through education, entrepreneurship, and strategic growth.
Her firm, The Warfield Group, specializes in small business development for both startups and established enterprises, while also offering infrastructure solutions in residential and commercial real estate. Loretta’s diverse background includes serving as a former banker, managing broker, licensed general contractor, college professor, and even a nail salon owner — all of which contribute to her dynamic approach to leadership and consulting.
Loretta holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Baltimore and is currently pursuing her doctorate. A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and an active member of The New Psalmist Baptist Church, Loretta is deeply committed to community service and financial literacy.
She has led numerous seminars on wealth-building, financial forecasting, and real estate market trends for audiences ranging from youth to seniors. Her insights have been featured in respected media outlets such as The Afro, Business Journal, The Corridor, The Sun, CNN, and OTC Beauty Magazine.
