The Warfield Group LLC is a consulting firm specializing in small business development for startups and existing businesses, and commercial/residential real estate infrastructure solutions. Also a former Banker, Managing Broker, Nail Salon Owner, a College Professor and a Licensed General Contractor, Loretta has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector both as a consultant and an executive in financial institutions. Her passion is to educate the community on taking control of their finances and assets “Understanding to Help Create Your Net Worth”.

Loretta has facilitated seminars on financial forecasting and wealth to all walks of life from school age to seniors and has conducted several panel discussions on the real estate market and adapting to economic change. She has been featured in several publications: The Afro, Business Journal, The Corridor, The Sun, CNN and recently OTC Magazine, the nations’ largest beauty suppliers’ publication. She takes pride in supporting local businesses and offering suggestions on how they can grow their business. Loretta received her MBA in Finance and Marketing in 2004 from the University of Baltimore and is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is currently pursuing her doctorate.
